ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES
PRIMITVE THREE is not liable for accuracy of orders and you should double check your order before finalising.
Once an order is placed, cancellations to orders are not permitted.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. Please note that during peak periods, these times may be subject to change.
Parcels using tracked shipping method means the package will be tracked through to delivery. Please ensure you check with your local national carrier for further updates.
PRIMITIVE THREE does not take any responsibility for delays or items sent to invalid or incorrect addresses. If an item is still deemed in transit, PRIMITIVE THREE is unable to provide a refund for your order. Delayed items are not permitted for a refund. An item will qualify for a complementary replacement by PRIMITIVE THREE if deemed lost by Sendle or DHL representatives.
PRIMITIVE THREE is not responsible for items returned to sender for the following reasons:
- Incorrect/ insufficient address
- Unclaimed from the post office
- Failure to pay taxes/customs fees
If a package is returned or rejected, it is the customer’s responsibility to email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange redelivery and may be liable to pay for postage costs.
Some postal services will deliver your item to your door, porch and/or mailbox. PRIMITIVE THREE will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if your parcel is left at an unattended address.
The Customer Care team will provide as much assistance as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with their local carrier.
SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
Sendle Parcel Delivery: 1-6 Business Days
DHL Express: 1-6 Business Days (for most major destinations)
Due to COVID-19 shipping time frames can vary. This is due to limited flight capacities and different restrictions in place worldwide. We advise checking Sendle and DHL COVID-19 shipping time frames for specific details.
Please be aware orders can be withheld in customs for processing which is mandatory with certain customs regulatory bodies. These delays are not the responsibility of PRIMITIVE THREE and customers will not be reimbursed if orders incur customs charges.
If you have selected ‘Safe Drop’ for your delivery, PRIMITIVE THREE is not accountable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of electing ‘Safe Drop’ delivery service.
All products are subject to availability. PRIMITIVE THREE will endeavour to ensure all quantities displayed online are true and accurate, however will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
PRIMITIVE THREE reserves the right to terminate or cancel orders when there has been a website malfunction, technical disturbance or incorrect price displayed. A notification to the customer will be immediately sent and any payment received from the customer will be refunded.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
TAXES DUTIES AND/OR CUSTOMS FEES
There may be taxes or duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. Please know these charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge and are unable to be paid for or reimbursed by PRIMITIVE THREE.
If you do not pay your customs fees your order may be destroyed/abandoned and we are unable to provide a reimbursement of your order. It is the customers responsibility to contact the relevant customs office to find if you are affected by these charges.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
PRIMITIVE THREE is not liable for incorrectly purchased products. If an item is incorrect, PRIMITIVE THREE is unable exchange, replace or refund these products.
PRIMITIVE THREE will not refund an item unless it is defective. If the item received is damaged, we ask that you provide us an email to email@example.com that includes a picture of the defective item (clearly showing the defect) within 7 days of your delivery date.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
PRIMITIVE THREE will determine if the client is eligible for an exchange by responding to the email within 48 business hours with a return confirmation number. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the replacement item is shipped.
Returns are eligible only for store credit. If store credit is issued, it will expire within 3 months.
All items sold at during sale period or at discounted price will be deemed as final sale – no return, refunds or exchanges.
PRIMITIVE THREE reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
PRIMITIVE THREE will not produce or distribute discount codes unless stated otherwise. Promotions and discounts will be announced on all social media and email outlets. Once a promotion or sale has ended under no circumstances will PRIMITIVE THREE extend this offer.
If a discount code is valid, it is the customers’ responsibility to apply this to their order at the time of purchase only. PRIMITIVE THREE is not liable or obligated to apply any discount codes once an order has been processed.
