CANCELLING OR MODIFYING ORDER
Please enquire us on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. However, there is no guarantee of cancellation once an order has been submitted.
If you wish to amend delivery details please send an enquiry, but if the order has been dispatched then you need to contact the shipping service through the details given on the confirmation email.
Tracking details will be described on the confirmation email, then simply enter these details into the tracking section of the selected shipping service:
