We have a sizing guide under each product description. Please read the care label carefully for each product and follow accordingly.
CANCELLING OR MODIFYING ORDER
Please enquire us on info@primitivethree.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. However, there is no guarantee of cancellation once an order has been submitted.
If you wish to amend delivery details please send an enquiry, but if the order has been dispatched then you need to contact the shipping service through the details given on the confirmation email.

SHIPPING TIME
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. Please note that during peak periods, these times may be subject to change.
Australia:
Sendle Parcel Delivery: 1-6 Business Days
International:
DHL Express: 1-6 Business Days (for most major destinations)
